1. General

These terms govern the use of www.wildtrax4x4.com and the organisation of 4×4 glamping expeditions by [Company name], [address], tax ID [NIP] (the "Organiser").

2. Scope of services

The Organiser offers organised weekend 4×4 glamping expeditions for private groups of up to 12, including off-road transport, an overnight glamping camp, catering, a bonfire and guiding. The exact scope of each expedition is agreed individually.

3. Enquiries and booking

Submitting the form is a non-binding enquiry — not a contract or a payment. After contacting you we confirm availability, scope and price. A booking becomes binding once both parties confirm it and, where applicable, a deposit is paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the site are indicative (from 990 zł per person for a weekend expedition) and are confirmed individually. Payment terms and any deposit are set when the booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Plans change — please contact us as early as possible. With reasonable notice we will reschedule your expedition to another free date at no charge. Deposit-refund terms on cancellation are agreed individually depending on how much time remains before the date. [Fill in the exact time thresholds and refund rules.]

6. Weather and safety

In conditions that threaten safety, the Organiser may modify the route or propose a new date. Participants must follow the guides' instructions.

7. Liability
